DexTech Solutions (“DexTech”, “we”) is a Salesforce consulting and custom app development business in Memphis, Tennessee. This policy covers this website, dextechsolutions.com, and DexTech Hub, our internal back-office app at app.dextechsolutions.com. Questions: swilliams@dextechsolutions.com.

What this website collects

  • What you send through the contact form: your name, business, email address, phone number, what your business does, what you'd like help with, your message, and how you'd like us to reach you.
  • Nothing else on purpose. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and protect the site. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser sends Google a request for them.

How we use it

To reply to you, understand what you need, prepare a proposal, and keep a record of our work together. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

Only the services we use to run the business, each for that purpose:

  • Netlify hosts this website and receives contact form submissions.
  • Neon hosts the database behind DexTech Hub, where your inquiry is kept.
  • Google Workspace carries our email.
  • Anthropic (the Claude API) helps DexTech Hub write our own daily work plans. It may see an inquiry's name and business name, never its email address or phone number.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

DexTech Hub and Google user data

DexTech Hub is a private app used only by DexTech's own team. It isn't offered to the public or to clients. A team member can connect their own Google account to the Hub, and when they do, the Hub reads, read-only:

  • Google Calendar: the events on the calendars shown in that account (title, time, location and link).
  • Gmail, only if they choose to connect their inbox: unread messages in the Primary tab from the last three days, and only the sender's name, the subject and Gmail's short preview of each.

The Hub uses this only to show that same person their own day and inbox and to write their own daily plan. It can't send, change or delete anything in the Google account. To write the plan, the calendar events and message details go to Anthropic's Claude API, which processes them under Anthropic's commercial terms.

Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train or improve AI models. It isn't shared with anyone else except as the law requires. The Hub keeps only its latest look at the calendar and inbox, refreshed every few minutes, plus an encrypted key that lets it read the account. When the account is disconnected in the Hub's settings, the key is deleted, access is revoked at Google, and the stored calendar and inbox details go with it. Anyone can also remove the Hub's access at myaccount.google.com, under Security, Third-party connections.

DexTech Hub's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep things

We keep inquiries and project records for as long as we need them for the work and for our business records. Ask, and we'll delete what we hold about you unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

Email swilliams@dextechsolutions.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We'll answer within 30 days.

Children

This site and DexTech Hub aren't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
