These terms cover your use of dextechsolutions.com and DexTech Hub (app.dextechsolutions.com), run by DexTech Solutions of Memphis, Tennessee. By using either, you agree to them. Paid client work is covered by its own written agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.
This website
The site describes our services and lets you contact us. What it says is general information, not a quote or a promise of particular results. A price or timeline becomes firm only in a written proposal or agreement.
DexTech Hub
DexTech Hub is a private app for DexTech's own team and the people we invite. Don't try to sign in without an account we gave you, get around its security, or interfere with how it runs. We may suspend access that's misused. How the Hub handles data, including Google user data, is set out in our privacy policy.
What's ours
The site's text, design and images belong to DexTech Solutions or are used with permission. Don't copy them for commercial use without asking. Ownership of the work we build for clients is set out in each client's agreement.
No warranties
The site and the Hub are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We work to keep them available and accurate, but we can't promise they'll always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DexTech Solutions isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using, or being unable to use, this website or DexTech Hub.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
